First things first: ConCarolinas

ConCarolinas went wonderfully, met a lot of people and also made some great connections which leads me to the second piece of news...

You will be seeing me more in 2012. I am in talks with different conventions all up and down the east coast - As I know you will know! And speaking of knowing things...

Sunlit Nightmares is still very much in the works. The second story in the series will be available August 1st 2011.  Teaser info will be available July 9th.

Sorry news has been so scarce there is a lot going on with me and projects at the moment. I will make sure to update you as soon as I have the information to share.

Oh and I almost forgot... Moonlit Daydreams V2 is available in eBook formats AND print. Amazon will not be immediately updated with the second version- but keep your eye out! The second edition is only $9.99 due to improvements in pricing structure and other such nonsensical things.

I was recently made aware that the corrected versions of Moonlit Daydreams were not actually corrected. This was an error on my part and I beg for your forgiveness and have a peace offering to those of you who had to put up with the crazy formatting...

If you email me your third party receipt (kindle, apple, B&N) I will send you a corrected version.

If you purchased through smashwords you can access the latest version through your dashboard.

The new version of Moonlit Daydreams eBook will be available within the next couple of days directly through Amazon.

I will be setting up a second print edition of Moonlit Daydreams with a few fixes and alterations. This will be completed by the end of the week. I will send out a tweet when I am done...

Speaking of tweets...make sure you are following me @moonlithorrors

This is where I ramble about things but also sometimes let you know about what is going on. I've heard rumors of prizes being dispersed through this medium as well!

The free stories I have released "The Dead Rule the Day" and "Love's Falls" will be available for free through Amazon by the beginning of next week.

I will be working on a new short film supposedly called "Proposition 4:20" starting very soon.

"Proposition 4:20 is a satirical short film about the perils of legalizing Marijuana in the United States. Think Reefer Madness with less madness, more Cheeto's and a lot more government conspiracy. "

I will be needing help with a few different things and if you are in the Central NC area and want to be involved, please contact me.

Please note this is not a pro or anti marijuana movie, it's a statement about how ridiculous certain viewpoints can become.

The issues being faced by the people of Japan since last weeks devastating earthquake are impossible to ignore.

I have decided to donate 100% of profits from March and April sales of Moonlit Daydreams to support the relief effort in Japan. (Yes, even the sales from before this point)

At the bottom of this post will be links to purchasing the book in print and ebook, these are official channels. I cannot make you purchase from one place or another, but I do suggest purchasing from LuLu for print and Smashwords for eBook. These options have the highest donation percentages and also will get the funds to me the fastest.

Purchase in print at LuLu ($8.99) or Amazon ($11.99)
Purchase an eBook for $.99 through Smashwords, Amazon, B&N or iTunes.

Update: I have donated two items to Indie Author Relief Fund with proceeds going to Japan.
You can also follow updates with the hashtag #indieauthorsrelief on twitter.

Please spread the word about this initiative, I will also be announcing another charity option later in the month. You can link to this news post with the following URL http://tiny.cc/japandonations

I have uploaded another free short to Smashwords...and it is about ZOMBIES! *waves hands excitedly*.

I will be updating again when this and "Love's Falls" is available through retailer websites, though they are currently both available in virtually all formats.

Please share the link as many people as you can!

"Love's Falls" is finally available for free through smashwords in virtually all ebook formats. It is currently awaiting distribution acceptance.

Please share the link with your friends, family and followers. After all, it is free.

This was my first try at doing something that was not horror and I am not sure how I feel about the outcome. I am in love with the idea but have to admit that I am not 100% on the outcome. The story is as good as it could be, I would never release anything that I thought I could work on, but I just feel like it is missing something artistically.

Love's Falls was supposed to be a good sized novelette that would have hopefully been on everyone's kindle by Dec 2010.

As time restraints, and other things, pressed on I moved back the release to January of this year. To apologize for delays I decided to make it free.

Right now the much shorter, but hopefully enjoyable, story is being edited and formatted. It will be available by January 31st.

This is my first shot at something that isn't mostly horror, my first attempt to make a strictly 'thriller' collection. I am kinda nervous about how it is turning out so far and I have a favor to ask of all of you...

Download it! As soon as I have a link available, I am trying for ASAP, I will start sharing and I want everyone to download a copy and ask their friends to as well!

If you have a kindle, the kindle version will do me the most good, but even just the pdf version from smashwords would help me out greatly.

More information on the next stories, which without excuse will be over 7500 words each, will be posted within the next two weeks.

I will be a Guest at ConCarolinas 2011 and I am very excited! As soon as I have any information I will update everyone, make sure you are following me on Twitter!

Paranormal romance is a hot topic these days so I have decided to hop on the bandwagon and bring a unique gift opportunity to people.
